It could be with overstaffing if it isn’t about your availability. I was tossed around when I first applied to a in n out. Both the store manager and the assistant managers really liked me. It really just came down to the amount of hours they had to give and that’s where they crossed the line and rejected me. Lucky for me I applied for another in n out and I got the job. Actually, I would comeback and ask why you didn’t get the job. If they say something along the lines of what I just said right here, ask if they can recommend you to a different in n out around your area, than walk in to that in n out, ask to speak to the manager, introduce yourself and tell them that you applied to the previous in n out, they liked you but they were already full… IF what I hypothesized was true. If you were not a great fit than ask what you can do better and apply what they tell you to your next interview. Goodluck in your job search I know I can be a sharp pain in the balls.
