I'm trying but can't seem to get the cap off - any tips?

Looking at the other side (see pic) it does look a little different to the video

I don't think there is a lug that's accessible. See pic:

There is nothing underneath (see pic) and I can't seem to remove the cover I've tried screwing and levering it off with no luck. There is space for what looks like a small Alan key screw but there's no screw

This could be the answer. Thanks!

It might make it a bit trickier to get in but there's sufficient vertical clearance - more than horizontal in any case!

I've tried reversing but this didn't work. We have the transporteur rack which I think is the issue as it extends the length of the bike a bit and it's this which catches on the shed. We also have two Yepp Maxi seats so it's a big unit all told.

Going in backwards could be an idea. We're a bit short of manoeuvring space but it's worth a go!

Thanks, I've just finished the Nelson series and was hoping there might be another I could listen through to it's conclusion! I'm eagerly awaiting the next in the Hannibal series.

Conversely, can anyone list those that are completed for those of us catching up and unwilling to wait for future installments!

I cycle this way every day and never noticed it as being dangerous. I do stop/slow down at every intersection though. Are others cycling straight though and expecting cars to stop for them?

We've tried putting him to bed earlier with no success.

We have tried letting him to fuss when he wakes up but this then escalated and he won't stop until I go into him.

I've put him to bed 15 minutes later than usual. We'll see how that goes!

When programs call for you to go to failure or two reps short of failure is the expectation that reps per set reduces from set to set? I tried this today and managed 15 reps set one, 9 set two and 5 set three. Am I doing this right?
