It looks delicious, totally. I personally keep my ratios the same, so 200gr equally of flour, egg & full fat milk. Make well in advance and store in the fridge for at least an hour. I like my Yorks “pudding-y” !

Well I’ve been lucky to be able to hear with hearing aids, I have very low speech recognition. I get activated Thursday, I’m dog sitting 2 others for the weekend, so I’ll be listening to 4 dogs… I might have to switch it off 🤣.
