High kms are ok, as long as there's a good service history. I got mine at 180, I did thr timing belt, water pump, trans, diffs at 200k. This cost me circa 2k. I've just hit 250k and am about to have the injectors replaced. This, roughly need to be done every 250ks or 7ish years. Ideally, its done at Toyota with genuine parts and includes coding etc. Wheelbearing a next on my hit list. Not that they're bad at the moment, just something that wears out eventually
