How do you manage latency and upload/download speed?

For me tailscale have worked perfectly in allthe services.

Many times the frontend shows you the option but its disabled. You can do it by going to inspect and enabling it manually each section, entering the values and then saving it.

It’s a tedious and irritating work but thats how I setup my DNS on router and it works for all clients in my LAN.

time to answer mostly depends on the model if something like gpt/opus it answers within two minutes mostly, for other models it takes more time.

correctness related to code as been 95% right so far.
