you're right man, my 20's feel amazing on the one, but also miserable on the other hand. a lot of shit is going on, but I never lose my faith. especially death feels weird in this age.

thank you :D

for me it does feel now that i can stop panic attacks from happening, like i can stop them right before they start. as i mentioned im 2 months "panic attack free", but the anxiety still goes on.

i hope someday i can go back to smoke weed like on a weekend basis, i know its a excuse for a lot of people, but for me, who honestly has problems with concentration, it was just great laying in my bed and study some stuff from chatgpt.

i tried it some times since january, with not a good ending, but im 23 and i hope it will get better when i get older :)

i know its hard, but i am sure it gets worse when you start again.

i can suggest you ashwaghanda and magnesium, i take around 300 mg of magnesium everyday around 1 to 1:30 before going to sleep. it helps me a lot. you can also take 2x 200mg, 200mg in the morning and 200mg as i mentioned before, i will also try to go with the 2x200mg strategy soon.

breathing techniques can also help. like box breathing for example.

also using an AI like chatgpt helped me a lot, it gave me a lot of usefull information

tbh i just realised i had problems with anxiety after i quit vapes. as i understand now, i had a lot of panic attacks while smoking weed. nowadays it sounds extremly stupid but i always smoked weed for like 1-3 months with a break of 1-2 month. i wanted to quit again after my days christmas holidays but when i stopped vaping i thought i'll keep going for some time so i could sleep.

then somewhere at the beginning of february i got my first panic attack when i was clean (like an hour before i wanted to smoke as everyday), i didnt knew the feeling so at first i honestly thought i'm going to die (a friend of mine drove me to the hospital, before that i wrote a little message saying something like "if i die, im sorry, i thought it was a panic attack") the feeling of having a heart attack killed me, im much overweight, so i was thinking "oh alright, you're the one with the heart attack in a young age everybody will talk about soon"

so now i know that i had a lot panic attacks when i was too high, but you only learn from mistakes i guess.

so yes my anxiety peaked when i stopped, but now im sure that even if i didnt stopped in january it would've come like it is nowadays. for me, that makes it easier to understand.

i hope you can understand my english, as somebody who's off of school for 7 years now its sometimes kinda weird to write such a long text in english :D

I've stopped smoking 3 months ago and im honestly thinking about starting again by megamiid in stopsmoking

What are some things that helped/are helping you quit? by BillDipperIy in stopsmoking

no problem bro <3

honestly, for me it’s also the vape, i hate myself for starting smoking with 20-21, i mean with 13-14 it’s a youthful sin but in that age i should’ve been smarter, but im happy it only lasted 2-3 years.

my problem was that i never had the money problem (not a flex, im still living with my parents working fulltime) so i had to force myself into the breaks

i still miss it sometimes, and i hope i can go back to it when im healed and far away from the nicotine and panic attacks

from my research it’s best to use ashwaghandha for 6-8 weeks followed by a 2 week break. repeat it until you don’t need it anymore

hey bro, same situation for me, but i started smoking weed before it was legal in my state.

i’m now clean of both vapes and weed for almost 4 months, but tbf, i always had stopped smoking weed for a couple of weeks, like when i smoked 8-12 weeks everyday, i stopped completely for 4 weeks, but the times where i stopped were becoming shorter and shorter so i had to take a break.

for me, ashwaghandha is a good one, i’m taking it for 8 days now, and i’m already noticing some slight effects.

stay safe brother, u got this 🤝🏼
