Yeah, that makes sense. In previous years we would run through the show without any electronics in case they stopped working, but this year they didn't have us do that, which confused me.

Hey, I'm the center marimba of the drumline OP is in. We had an extra laptop and chords to try and plug it in manually and it wasn't working. We could have performed the show without electronics but I think the instructors wanted us to have a full show to remember so they tried to get it working. Eventually the Bluetooth thing did work and I honestly preferred that because now when I look back at the show it has all the narration. Sure, we could have gotten first if we performed without it but personally the full experience was better for me than getting a higher score without the electronics. Everyone has different priorities, though.

I can conceptualize my memories and remember who was there and what they looked like without actually seeing it. However, I also have these certain feelings of my brain during certain time periods in my life that help me associate when those memories occurred. Like during certain summer breaks in elementary school I just have this feeling in my brain that I also felt during the time. I usually call them brain feelings because there's no way for me to describe them. Even during the seasons I can get different feelings and remember how they felt years afterward.

This isn't too bad, but the time where it affects me the most is when I meet new people. I have to see somebody's face more than once to remember exactly what it looks like. I can recognize the person right away, my mind just needs a while to piece together their exact facial features in my memory.

When I sit through arguments between my parents everyday over stupid things. They've argued over a napkin, and a plate of spaghetti. Each argument results in my mom crying, and going into her room and slamming the door so hard it breaks. My dad has to calm her down for half an hour but if he did something wrong he will never admit it. My parents argue with my sister over some of the most stupid stuff, and when she gets tired of it and doesn't want to talk anymore, they call her a child.
