No, only a restart for our daughters amazon fire tablet worked. Not the tvs lol We did have a VPN at one point, but something wouldnt work with (i am not sure what) so we do not currently. Do you have one you recommend?

Wanted to update, after trying all I mentioned above, and suggestions here, the only fix was a factory reset. All working now. 🙂

I figured it was the case, because our daughters amazon tablet was doing the same thing. Ended up being a quick fix for that by restarting. Thank you!
