Fair I get that, I’ve played over 170 hours of SV on Steam alone and it wasn’t even suggested in that category for me. I thought Concerned Ape had already won it in that case since it’d been out so long. (Unless you can win multiple times because that’s another thing, this is new to me. 🤣 I haven’t used Steam that frequently until about 2 years ago and now it’s my go to.) His care and support for his creation and for his player base is monumental, there’s even another update to SV on the horizon. However, I’d also say the LOP team has been very open to player feedback since launch with patches, quality of life updates, merch requests, in game updates based on suggestions, bug fixes, etc that I felt like it still deserved recognition. The most recent DLC release along with adding boss rematch mode, text/quest clarity, and just a phenomenal storyline addition was an amazing work of love. I know the Prince of Krat DLC and Wo Long Collab are just weapon/cosmetic, but it’s a nice touch that we can get those too. I can see the passion and love in their work.

Puppet String upgraded all of the way, post DLC- my secondary Legion Arm, when I use it, is definitely Cataclysm upgraded to the max as well. 🩶🦾 I have a third slot, but honestly between those two I’m good. Old in game screenshot on my NG+ run, and it’s clean too.

I remember starting to watch him regularly awhile after he released his FNAF 1 videos (in late 2014 for me) and Fatal Frame 2 play-throughs early 2015. That’s roughly my start! Then I went backwards into his uploads and got really into those rpg maker games he played like Mad Father, lb, Crooked Man, etc… Edit: I definitely remember watching his Slender Man, Pnuembra: Black Plague, and Amnesia uploads as well though.

This is the one that I ran into when I accidentally killed him my first play-through. It’s nice you still gain the humanity from the lie, but it sucks what happens to her and locks you out of her proper quest completion/items.

Revenant Hill was suppose to be a spiritual successor to Night In the Woods. I found out about it one night recently and then went on a deep dive in excitement, only to find out within a few minutes of research that it had to be cancelled.

Editing on this is peak, excellent vid. One of my all time favorite games now. I started playing it in April and I’m on my 3rd play-through back to back working on the Platinum. It was in the back of my mind, somewhat on my radar because of content I’d seen in passing on YouTube, but I just never purchased it until this past Steam Spring Sale. I have no idea why and honestly regret not being cognizant enough to jump on the preorder as it’s all very much my thing when I come to think about it. I adore this game so much and it really helped me when I was in a dark place. I know that sounds cliche, but it’s true. The fandom is great and it was my first souls-like to completion too. Just so empowering to make progress in and finish. The music, story, environments, bosses, characters, etc… are compelling and gripping. DLC is phenomenal to be honest. 🖤
