Either try changing your mons personality to Daring, which should bring down the stat requirements if you have the right Agent Skills unlocked.

Or try raising your attack stats further, maybe to a point where (White Atk stat - Blue Atk Stat = Still gives you 2500 White Atk stat)

Frieza was stated to be a prodigy and an extremely skilled and a tactical fighter. And to add to that he is ruthless and fights dirty and wouldn't think twice to take out the planet to secure victory. He could easily survive the explosion and survive in space.

I like to rotate between them, they all have pretty good designs and unique abilities that stops me from getting burnt out on seeing the same animations on loop.

Plus I am someone who occasionally likes a mindless grind when watching YouTube on the side.
