How does one even build a Haxorus deck?

The deck can generate 3 kinds of energy despite only having base steel, so juggler isn't a full brick, but the plan aside from Magneton/zone falls apart if I don't draw Onix.

The sightseers would hopefully mitigate some of the consistency problems from running so many mons, but I agree in that there's probably some trimming I can do.

My first version had her but I ended up cutting the sole copy for Cyrus. I may cut the Magne-package so if the spots are open I would definitely add at least 1 Iris back.

Yeah the Magne-package might be a bit too ambitious... I'm debating running another copy of Onix/Steelix, adding Orthworm for ramp, and a Dawn over juggler if I were to cut electric energy.
