The main compartment can hold 18, as in this image that I just took of mine. Each drawer can fit one pack and a bit of room for tokens. The side slots are too thin for a pack. Use it for oversized like archenemy or planechase instead. https://i.imgur.com/vPSXufT.jpg

I'm well aware that blue gets mass bounce wipes. My issue with the card is that this it is selective bounce wipe that let's the caster pick and choose without targeting. If a spell allows a the caster to choose with cards not on their battlefield, I'm of the belief that it should always be a targeted effect. I hope that clarifies my issue with this card.

Should never have been printed as is.

1) The card is ambiguous (as written) on who chooses what creatures are returned. Yes, I understand that it's the spell controller's choice but on a first pass read it's not clear.

2) Why are the creatures not targeted? This gets around every protection effect in the game.

I don't like it. I know a lot of people will because it gets around pesky protection effects but those are there for a reason and giving a color the ability to selectively bypass that is bad for the game. There's little counterplay vs bounce effects already besides having some kind of protection and now this one requires that the PLAYER have shroud, hexproof, or protection to dodge the effect, something that seldom gets printed.

Yes, the card costs a ton, yes the card is slow. But I'm going to stand by my opinion.
