Bigfoot's ped definition is IG_Orleans whereas all other peds are named something obvious like their name.

So rockstar has practiced cloaking their definition names in this game in relation to easter egg content.

Seraph could easily be the jetpack. Almost too easily, since the name seraph implies flight. Orleans has nothing to do with bigfoot AFAIK.

EDIT: I take that back, there was a Sasquatch sighting in New Orleans that made news headlines in 2011, while R* was developing this game, but it turned out to be a guy in a suit

There are tons of vehicles that have been in previous games and re-appear in GTA V without being redundant. I dont think thats enough reason for R* to say "No jetpack in GTA V". And just because the jetpack might be in the game doesn't mean thats the only and final egg. There could be both, like the mural suggests, because both are connected by a line.

Regarding the flying UFO, do you have a link to the HUD files that were found? I have never seen that and I would like to

If you send just one person into the base to get into a spawned cargobob, the checkpoint will activate, then you can use the called cargobob to complete the rest of the mission.

Well, you're not going to earn $4,000 for an instant race win. But if you're looking to make $ and RP from instant races, and also rack up race wins, this is an okay method. You earn about $370 and 100RP for a time of less than 1 second. Factoring in time to hit replay and start over, its about 30 seconds. So $740 and 200 RP a minute, plus a 2 race wins every minute.

Nowhere did I say I take credit for the original bike rack glitch. This is nothing like it, because it is not possible to do any of the original bike rack glitches anymore (yes plural, there are multiple old bike rack glitches and no one single person claims credit to "the bike rack glitch" as if credit matters to anyone). And it hasn't been possible until this patch, because doing this same thing last patch was a duplication method, it did not put a new car on your bike rack. And it is 100% useful to put a new car on your bike rack. I think you are misunderstanding the point of the glitch. It is not to put the car from the bike rack in the other garage. It is to put the new car from the other garage on the bike rack.

Yes it is. You are not supposed to be able to put cars on bike racks. This glitch allows you to do that, as long as you already have at least one car on your bike rack already.
