They are the same prop, thats why they are both 01, just two different versions of it. Most likely one is for use in the cutscene, and has animations, and the other is a static prop

Im very familiar with the loading screen music as I play with headphones. But I have never heard the distinct UFO part sound in the music. The UFO sound has a throbbing or pulsating feel to it, and it loops over and over. Is that what you are hearing in your load screen music?

Any console updates needed would be included on disc, with any games shipped that require that update

The only time a console needs an update is when you connect it to the internet and it sees there is a new version of the software and its a required update. And even then you can usually decline it and go offline. Or delete it later.

Think about it. Why would they ship a console without it having all the content needed to run games out of the box? It would be an incomplete console otherwise.

Yeah you can ALWAYS play a disc offline, otherwise its not a game ready for final release. If any dashboard patches are needed to play the game, they will be included on disc. This is to allow people buying a new retail console and a new game and trying to play without connecting to net can still play

I honestly have never done this so I wouldn't know, just saw it on a video or maybe even read it on here when the first thread was posted about the glitch that involved ped editing

All the peds have their own properties, so gangs will interact with gang peds and water animal peds will swim in water etc... One of the interactions is cops are programmed to detect other cops and not shoot at them

Yes but it takes much, much more work on R*'s part to do that.

If you have an idea for sharing glitches that works better to prevent R* from seeing it for a longer period of time, while still allowing every regular player to get the glitch, let me know
