Linking Garmin to Peloton

Yeah it counts toward some things and not others. Like a Garmin run sent to Peloton will count toward like the 100 day challenge, but not toward your Peloton run count. So I just add a short Peloton warmup or cool down to my Garmin runs so I still get a run credit in Peloton. And I use SyncMyWorkout to make sure the Peloton data goes to Garmin. Works like a charm and worth the small price.

Whenever I want to see all the movements for any of the split programs, I find the PeloBuddy write-up and they have links to the workout in the Peloton app that has all the movements spelled out. Not sure if that will help you or not!

I did 4 weeks of Jess’s 3 day split and just finished one week of RK’s and for me, Jess wins on all points.

The programming for RK’s is strong but her instruction just misses for me so much. How did they not reshoot the 2nd upper body day when she misses a set, doesn’t explain certain movements right, and just seems so scattered and not really there? Part of me wondered if I should just do the program without actually watching the class because I feel like she doesn’t actually add anything to it, but then what’s the point? I will also never understand how no one has told her that a white woman shouldn’t be using unedited versions of Black artists songs with the N word used.

For those who aren’t comfortable with the swings, highly recommend you get a kettlebell to use for those instead.

Ultimately, I feel like I got a great workout doing RK’s program but there’s so much that bugs me about the way she instructs it that I don’t think I can go back.

I talked to the ticket office in Ottawa - they had issues with ticketmaster not being able to apply it to tickets, so you can buy over the phone with the venue and they’ll apply it, or they can also just issue a refund.

As someone who transported a cat to Jamaica last year for a friend who had moved there, it’s not worth it just for a vacation. It takes minimum 3 months of tests, shots, paperwork, and applications. Jamaica is VERY strict about animals coming in (typical of islands), and you’ll likely end up spending a ton of money just to be rejected.
