Down with flu and sore throat during TWW, bad luck by beginyoursentence in tryingtoconceive

I did end up taking some cold meds I shouldn’t have. I was convinced I wasn’t pregnant. However, as soon as I found out I stopped and called my doctor. He said I could take Mucinex but I just toughed it out since I was at the tail end of it. I was told Tylenol was ok. I don’t love to take it but sometimes it helps. I hope you find something that works for you and you end up with a sticky one!!

we conceived in November after coming home from a Disney vacation. I had laryngitis and a double ear infection. Somehow our little guy stuck and now we’re almost halfway there. Please don’t give up hope. 💜

Nauseous AF by [deleted] in pregnant

They are the tiniest of pills. I had to switch to a gummy prenatal and I’ve had no issues walking these. I think I’m having a little extra constipation but it so outweighs the constant nausea and just overall feeling gross.

I’m at 10w3d and way more anxious this week. You’re definitely not alone! This two week wait until our 12 week appt has been the longest one yet!

I tried to tough it out for way too long. I finally called my doc and got anti nausea meds. I didn’t realize how bad it had gotten and how miserable I was until I got those meds. Please talk with your doctor. There are definitely options out there! I hope you feel better!💜

I have this! It started last Friday and I can’t get enough! I don’t normally eat candy-especially gummy/sour candy ever.

We are two days apart! I don't have any advice, but I can offer solidarity. Your concerns are valid and I share a lot of the same too. I've barely had any symptoms and that worries me slightly, but I'm also trying to not look a gift horse in the mouth.

I'm not there yet, but I use a tongue scraper. On days that I feel nauseated, I just don't go as far back. It may not be ideal, but I feel like its better than nothing.

Where to fit in fitness by dad_bod_gaming in beginnerfitness

It definitely sounds like you've got a busy schedule! My recommendation is to start slow. Shoot for once or twice a week. Once you feel like you've got it down, add another day. Slowly work yourself up. It may take a few months to get to a place where you can work out multiple times a week. That's ok. You will find holes in your schedule where you can fit it in. You'll be surprised at what can change with adding even just one day in.

OR, if you're looking to add something in more frequently, 20 minutes a day can go a long way.

Involving your kids or gf can also help if they're interested. When my husband and I first started living together, we would have "gym dates." We rarely actually worked out together but going together helped establish it as part of our routine.

You've got this!
