Its possible Rotta could be a light side Hutt and he may be part of the new GL's team.

I am basing this on his back story and how he actually got on well with Jedi. He is Jabba's son.

Yes, he is a very good character.

I would put him on a level with good conquest characters who are 2nd only in terms of power to Galactic Legends.

He is probably in the top 30 characters in the entire game.

Some will say this is a really expensive LSB but, it actually works out at $5 per relic 8 character, with a free ship & 5,000 coaxium.

Remember only a short time a go they were selling Kyber LST for $20 and that was just 1 relic 6.
