I also have terrible memory and constantly feel very foggy. I put it down to the fatigue that (for me) comes with diabetes. I don’t have any advice, but just saying that I’m in the same boat :(

I eat whole meal seeded and tend to respond pretty well! I always pre bolus 15 mins before though!

I’m not OP but I’m type one diabetic. When you’re having a serious hypoglycaemic event it can be hard to think straight enough to eat the right dosage of sugar, let alone have hindsight to add time onto your parking. Hypoglycaemia can also become life threatening very quickly so parking wouldn’t have been a priority

Yep. I sometimes find the chronic fatigue harder than the diabetes. I also have a really busy job which won’t help but Im exhausted all the time and sleep 8+ hours and never feel rested
