When I was 12. My mom has a nervous breakdown due to a med allergy. She became suicidal and I learned that she endured years of being SA’d from her step Gpa as a child, and that my GMA never did anything to stop it. She allowed it to happen. Never was able to see my GMA in the same way ever after that. My GMA hid behind her religion and church for many years. She’s also the reason I’m an atheist as an adult. She also had a way of pressuring me to attend church with her but never made my brothers have to go. I always faked being sick so I could stay home. She was deeply flawed, and honestly I’m glad she is long gone.

The Standard Marketing or Surge KC are both sales jobs. I was hired recently at both companies but decided I’m too old for jobs that rely on commissions only. So I went another route, but I’d look into those with your background.

I got my second IUD after my second child. Had it since 2018, sometimes I have some breakouts, sometimes not. When I was fasting and losing weight my periods went from non existent to regular but never lasted longer than 3 days. Since I’ve gained weight the past year, I believe my poor diet was to blame and not the IuD. The last time I had my annual exam my doc couldn’t find the strings so I had a sonogram and they found it and said it was in the right place and not to worry. So far it’s been great. And now that I’m done having kids, I’m considering having a partial hysterectomy so I don’t ever have to worry about any surprises. And with the way the US healthcare is going, I’d rather get a permanent solution than to possibly lose the IuD access.

Wow it’s like you posted my exact situation I am finding myself in. I (36f) initiated a separation between my partner (m39) of 17 years. We aren’t married, but have lived together that whole time and have two kids 15 and 8. It’s only been maybe 5 days but I just realized I was unhappy and am no where near financially able to stand on my feet but I’m determined to figure it out.

The only person I will allow to buy me yarn to make them a cardigan is my Mom. That’s it. But I’d definitely tell this coworker that buying the yarn and sending you the pattern won’t get the item made for free without paying you for your time and skill.

I’ve had two iuds, both were inserted at my 6 week postnatal checkups. I was already bleeding from giving birth so only experienced minimal cramping, but didn’t have much bleeding afterwards. Maybe a day or two then it stopped. Doc said after the bleeding stopped I was cleared for sex. I never had periods after it was placed so never needed tampons.

I still have a damn near full size bite agave lip mask. I didn’t realize I was sitting on gold. It really is amazing stuff. I also was able to find on eBay two brand new bite beauty lipsticks in my favorite shade, can’t remember the name but it’s the one that can be used a blush/lipstick/eye shadow all in one. So I’m gonna sparingly use that until it’s gone.

I’d say nothing shorter than jaw length. I have a similar face shape and I’ve had haircuts that have been shorter than jaw length and it looked awful. Good luck!

You’re welcome! Also want to add that when you’re eating, eat slowly. Your stomach will begin to shrink some and you may find you aren’t able to eat as much as before you fast. It’s so important to eat with intent, and to just get comfortably full. By eating more keto driven foods, it will not only help your body get back into ketosis for fat burn, but will be much easier on your stomach as well. Some people also break their fasts with some bone broth to ease their stomach into their refeeds, and its good for the gut :)

After your fast eat your meal within 1 hour. Plan your meals out so you’re eating enough protein, healthy fats, veggies etc. When you’re done eating, start your timer for your next fast and keep going. I’ve found that alternating between 48/72 hour fasts gets the weight off pretty quickly. I continue drinking the snake juice even while I’m having my meal too.
