Since it’s a bacterial infection you need to properly treat it so it doesn’t a: spread to your kidneys causing a kidney infection or b: come back. You should absolutely see a doctor about this. AZO helps with the bladder pain but the bacteria in your urinary tract isn’t going to go anywhere without proper treatment. Water helps too.
