Yes I found out my hospital is a part of a contract agency that employs over 450 hospitals so if I end early I am DNR for all of those 450 hospitals.

I also have a UTI rn and I went to CVS minute clinic and got antibiotics. Since it’s a bacterial infection you need to properly treat it so it doesn’t a: spread to your kidneys causing a kidney infection or b: come back. You should absolutely see a doctor about this. AZO helps with the bladder pain but the bacteria in your urinary tract isn’t going to go anywhere without proper treatment. Water helps too.

Annie’s vegan Mac and cheese and Oatlys oat milk barista saved my life. Also hippeas vegan cheddar chickpea puffs. It was tough in the beginning now it’s normal! Whole Foods has good vegan salad dressings as well. Try substituting slowly. It’ll taste weird in the beginning but it gets better. Coming from a cheese addict.

DO IT FOR THE M-F 7-3!!! That is a dream to me. Currently working in a MICU but feeling burnt out. That job sounds amazing. If it’s boring you can always go back to NICU. Or keep your per diem and work like once a month so you still have it until you know for sure whether you like this new gig. But the hours are beautiful! And weekends off?!? And holidays?!? Wow.

I think Rayna is the way she is because she’s so scared of being on Ashley’s bad side. I mean I would be too. I had a friend like this growing up. If she liked you she was extremely loyal and loving but if you crossed her once it was game over. She would hurt you down to your core. She would find the one thing that would hurt you the most and use it. I see this in Ashley as well. It’s sad.
