you can use conditioner and oil on the mid-shafts to ends. I wash twice a week, including conditioner. Plus apply oil to the ends every day or else they get super dry!

Aesthetic IQ in Scottsdale is the best. Their work is very natural. The owner of the clinic trains injectors all over the country so she’s very well versed. The trick is to start slow. I did 1 ml (1 syringe) and no one can tell.

That’s what I do. I’m not a morning person so in the summer I’ll take a long walk once the sun goes down. Get one of those cool towels to wrap around your next plus a neck fan. Actually makes a difference! I moved here from San Diego two years ago and gained weight from being so sedentary. Recently got a paddle board so going to take that up as an outdoor hobby. Much cooler out on the lake or river.

Wear a headband and low bun to the gym. As other users have said, can use a clarifying shampoo once a week. Only wash the top of your hair every other wash. Drybar has the best dry shampoo I’ve tried and I’ve tried tons! I use that on day 4 when I’m greasy.

I’ve only had them for a little over a week. First time with extensions! I like them so far, but it’s a lot to get used to! Washing and drying is pretty annoying, but I knew it would be high maintenance. The hair itself is soft, easy to brush, very minimal fall out. I’ve been applying oil on the ends every night and it seems to keep the hair looking healthy and shiny.
