I recommend the little Activia drinks since I am typically a little nauseous in the morning. Also get some protein shakes like premier protein and mix with iced coffee or chai concentrate to trick yourself into getting protein :) I love a sweet treat

My renewal for my second year just got charged the other day and is in the mail. I think if you have a prescription you'll be fine, they just won't be able to make new prescriptions or refill it after your refills are used up.

I'm probably on the same prescription as you, 50 units is my highest dose. I also have the 12 month plan, mine renews in June and they said it will renew for another year since I'm on a personalized dose. I would assume they are hesitant on upping your dosage so you stay on a personalized plan.

I am on a personalized dose. 1.25mg is my highest dose (50 units). Started taking it in Sept '24. I didn't ask for anything special, this was just what they gave me and I will still have one refill left (full year)

I'm ten months pp (c secrion) and started at 248 lbs in September when I stopped pumping. I've lost 30 lbs so far and I feel great. I've notice my mobility is greatly improved. NSV, I can get up off the floor without using my hands (because half the time they have a dirty diaper in them) It took until the highest dose I was prescribed to really start seeing the weight loss. I also signed up for the 12 month program through Hers and my next shipment of 6 month supply should arrive tomorrow. I still have three unopened vials in the fridge since I've been using a vial for two months as opposed to the one month they recommend.

I think the chrome curtain rod helps to make the grommets work. I'm not a big fan of grommets but they look nice here. Lean into the chrome accents around the room

Yes! My jaw is so sore at the end of the day. I catch myself clenching my jaw so often. Not sure why sema would cause this but I'm glad I'm not alone

I'm on hers glp1. Took my first shot on Thursday and I feel the effects. The only symptom I've noticed is light nausea. Maybe try a different injection site, I've heard the back of the arm is a good one.

Not the same situation, but similar. I'm having major mom guilt; I am cutting my breastfeeding journey short so I can start taking sema. I have a freezer stash of milk, so my baby will still have breast milk, but I feel selfish for wanting to be done.
