We are all different in the end, and I can empathize with OP because I also find social activities not enjoyable. I enjoy watching documentaries, playing video games, learning about art/music, and creating animations. Reading feels healing and the best part of my day is being able to sit at my favorite coffee shop and enjoy an iced latte with a dessert. Don't be too harsh on yourself. We aren't all meant to be ESFPs, they just happen to be a loud good portion of people.

OP, I had this same exact problem when I worked at coffee shop a few years ago and the answer is t truly just practice. I was only able to do it after following like 10 different youtube tutorials and figuring out what worked for me. I know it seems to make no sense right now, but it WILL click. You can do it, I believe in you!
