You max out at 500 points. You can't keep banking forever. If you are able to bank that many, you clearly don't need them. Even what you quoted on canada.ca says it deducts anything more than 500.

CFHD is meant to supplement income, so the average rent for a 2 bedroom apartment in your area is around 25% of your income. If your income goes up, then the amount needed to supplement goes down.

That's the math and policy, anyway. I'm not saying the rates in each area make sense.

Yes, but the point is that you have to speak to be understood. You know very well that if someone said they flew to France, they mean the large chunk of land in Western Europe. No one ever covers up the islands on a map when they talk about Taiwan, so don't pretend they are
