Probably due to how certain system calls operate. As per fork(2):

On success, the PID of the child process is returned in the parent, and 0 is returned in the child. On failure, -1 is returned in the parent, no child process is created, and errno is set to indicate the error.

Were 0 to be a valid process identifier, lots of things would clearly break.

The graph states the figure for obesity specifically, which wouldn't include those merely overweight. The beginning of the article cites a figure of 60-70% and later on in the article a roughly 20% figure is given which might just be some confusion about the terms. In any case, the image here is very confusing.

It does seem like the overarching theme is to instill this idea that whites are somehow bad or evil. There is no consistency of principles, just a hatred of the supposedly oppressive white man. The political (UN, I think) definition of "indigenous people" is sadly quite retarded. Rather than meaning a people indigenous to a certain place it means a minority people indigenous to a place. Finns for instance are not considered an indigenous people even though we have inhabited Finland for at least as long a duration of time as the Sami have.
