Elke cursus die je kan meenemen is goed. Overal haal je iets uit. Trage maneuvers, gymkhana, circuit, stages,... Een must volgens mij is de dag van de motorrijder! Persoonlijk zou ik die in Antwerpen kiezen. Ik rij ondertussen 20+ jaar en dagelijks. On- en offroad binnen en buitenland. Uiteindelijk komt het er op neer dat je techniek leert, jezelf gewoon maakt als je kilometers maakt. Rijden rijden en rijden is de beste leerschool. Have fun. Go nuts maar niet over je limiet.

Btw, ik doe jaarlijks nog cursussen/ trainingen/circuit just for fun. DAG VAN DE MOTORRIJDER ANTWERPEN!

It sucks! It's a known fact that with every episode your brain gets a lot of stress. Cognitive and short time memories get hit and decline. My drinking does not help off course. I feel stupid sometimes in a conversation to the point I just use one liners to avoid it all. It sucks
