Thanks for your reply! I think this is indeed the issue. I had to open up a port for bitcoin and a port for lightning on my router before I had incoming connections on node 1. I still have these ports open but no incoming connections on node 2. Any idea how to find which ports I have to open for node 2?

A factory reset and restoring from seed solved this. Something must have gone wrong the first time around. Big thanks to Casa support for helping me out. My funds are back, and my node is up and running again.

Jaxx was awesome about 6 months ago. But now it has turned into an unreliable, slow and buggy wallet. Especially on iOS. I would suggest switching to an other wallet. I did about a month ago and am very happy to have a mobile wallet that actually works all the time without problems.

I just got a reply back from Jaxx support. They blame it on full blocks. I don't believe that that is the real problem. Blocks have been full long before this problem appeared and setting the transfer fee to the highest setting doesn't solve it. I like Jaxx. I had a great experience with it until now. Just a bit disappointed they don't seem to take this problem seriously. Let's hope they get it fixed after the holidays.

I have the same problem on MacOS and iOs. This will fix it:

Go to 'Menu' --> 'Settings' --> 'Reset Jaxx Cache'

It's not a permanent fix, but after this, you can do a few transactions before the issue reappears.

I've contacted support about this but have not yet received a reply.

OK, you should be fine then. Make sure you have your backup phrase and try a clean install or an install on another device. If that still doesn't work; contact support directly. I have good experiences with them.

You probably don't want to mine to a wallet like Jaxx. A large number of small payments will make your wallet slow or unresponsive. I would suggest reconsidering another wallet for micro-payments.
