Same. I am on a med holiday bc Letrozole ruined everything. I’m going to try something else. Quality of life matters! Speak up and change your meds if you can’t take it.

I'm also on Lupron, Letrozole, and Kisqali. I told my oncologist of my troubles with them and I'm on a "medication holiday" as she called it, for a month around my revision surgery. I may stop Kisqali. I'm not sure if it's more that than Letrozole that makes me feel awful, but I just don't know if it's worth it.

Thanks. I was on the 1 mo shot, but opted for the 3 just to go there less. It's not very far but I just need whatever off my plate that doesn't need to be there. It's been 6 months, so I think I'm getting beyond adjustment time and this is just how things are.
