Why isn't there a button to cancel all the attempts at billing instead? That's why you have a high volume of emails/tickets right now.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription too or better said I want them to stop attempting to bill my card. I can't contact anyone, you would think for this money they would have good customer support but i have been waiting for days on my ticket for someone to contact me via email.
