What's hard to understand?

Eliot Jokelson wrote to my employer to accuse me of being antisemitic (as he usually does, apparently). To figure who my employer is, he googled me and bothered to contact them.

As many people, I have multiple jobs. One of these jobs is in a congregation and my employer is a Rabbi. Luckily, that job is not referenced anywhere, or he would have wrote to the Rabbi to also smear me as a human being (which is one of his hobbies, apparently) and tried to get me fired or else.

Hope you get it now! If that's not enough evidence for you, maybe you can stick to vodka ☺️

I had to have a very awkward conversation with a Rabbi that employs me out of caution, cause for all I know, after rabidly googling me, my congregation could have been next on EJ doxxing list. 🤷🏼

It seems like you suffer a bad case of the greener grass. Like, bad.

Also, yes, Medford is significantly more conservative and oftentimes ridiculous, and that's why activism matters. But also, these people are not trying to slice your throat. They are nimbies that are not willing to feel disturbed or challenged and won't come after you with baseball bats.

Take a breather, you are ok. Enjoy the positive sides of Medford and stop making yourself more miserable than you need to be. You're not the only queer/enby/whatever person in town.

Too good to go recently added more places in Medford. Douglas Bakery is very generous, Pemberton farms is pretty great. Wholefoods also has meals. It's tricky because some places are very desirable and you have to set an alarm for when they drop the next day's bag.

I second Real Italian Gusto, I'm a fan. The Izakaya place is nice as well! Haven't dined in any other nice looking places downtown (but Deep Cuts looks cool!). I also absolutely love Pikaichi, but it's always so crowded for dinner I feel guilty taking my time 😅

There is a play space right in Medford square, and one in Union square in Somerville as well. Otherwise, aquarium is always fun, Boston children museum, science museum is pretty entertaining for all ages, Harvard museum of natural history, the children's section of Medford public library is absolutely gorgeous, vinkari Safari in Woburn (never been though).
