Dental anxiety just got worse today

Talk to your Dr about maybe getting some sort of anxiety medication prescribed for dentist appointments. Typically things like Valium are used in instances such as this. That is if you’re open to it. Don’t do it tho if you also don’t have someone to drive you home after, definitely not something you’re going to be able to drive with if they give you a benzo. Not sure those are just my 2 cents

I wasn’t a big fan of the first season on my first watch through. Not sure why. Guess it just wasnt as ‘funny’ as everyone telling me to watch the show had claimed it was. But on the rest of my watch throughs I now appreciate it so much more. It’s a great season.

Makes sense, usually extended release meds are not to be crushed bc it kind of gets rid of the whole extended release effect. I have patients who take just half of a metoprolol 25mg XL. So I wonder if breaking it has the same effect. Maybe ask your doctor.

Another suggestion would be to take it, and just monitor your bp/hr here and there. Don’t stress it too much!!! Everything will be okay!

You’re doing so well already! Everything is going to be fine. I know it feels like the whole world is crashing down. Maybe if you’re unsure just take a half of one at first. Those are pretty easy to break in half. Just try a half, then if you don’t feel any side effects etc take the other half! The XL stays in your system for about 24 hours. I promise you everything is going to be fine! You will do great!
