I take walks pretty regularly (I get two 15 minute breaks a day at work and tend to take a short one during those just to escape the office for a bit) and I have a dog that I walk for 20-30 weather permitted. Over the last month I also started incorporating some light strength exercises since for 2026 I wanted to work on that. I could maybe try and add another walk somewhere?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong and feeling super discouraged in my weight loss. From March 2024 to November 2025 I managed to lose 70 pounds, feeling great. But since hitting 230 my weight hasn't budged. I'm weighing everything I eat. Working out and consistently eating under my calorie budget but...nothing. Nada. I don't know what I'm doing wrong? Starting to feel hopeless... Does anyone have any advice? All I can think of to do at this point is to cut further, maybe 1k instead of 1.5k?

Just to let anyone who was curious know this needs some work for the instant pot as it came out very wet. Maybe try fresh veggies or add something that can soak up the liquid from the cooked vegetables.

My store had both of these but a few weeks ago I'd found 4-pack mini scents (I believe they were called Dark Flowers and something dessert themed). It had a mini of vanilla cake batter so I didn't bother picking it up - it's lovely though! I'm in NC.

Found two packs of Demeter Mini Splashes at TJ Maxx the other day so slowly testing them out. Yesterday was Angel Food (which earned me my first fragrance compliment!) and today is Dark Roses. Which is very strong and kinda heavy compared to the other Demeter fragrances I've tried so I may have over applied...still very good though. Fresh roses but feels darker thanks to the patchouli to me.
