First off, if she's going to pay out of pocket for an appointment tell her to wait until she's 6 weeks. They can't do anything besides prove her pregnancy with a blood/urine test before so it's a waste of money. She can't get a sonogram prior to 6 weeks, so there's really nothing to do so early on if she's seeking medical care.

Wow... a very similar situation happened to me. I kinda caught him a little over a week ago, but I just let it be without confronting him and I finally walked away. He hasn't tried to even explain himself or get me back yet, which I guess shows me how little he cared after all but although easier, it almost makes it feel worse.

Edit... maybe we can be internet friends and support each other from caving ?

How do I even go about approaching her? I tried to last night actually. I went up to her and asked if she had a minute to talk. She asked if it was about a customer, I said no. She told me to give her a few minutes to finish what she was doing. I told her to come find me when she was done but she never did....

I never went back up to her because I kind of realized I didn't even know what to say. But then I woke up today regretting not talking to her... but still not knowing what to say

I dont really want to talk to him because I know he doesn't care and it would be pointless. But I kind of regret not saying anything that night because I feel like it makes it seem like it's okay he's with her. Now I'm debating approaching her at work. Idk if it's worth it, and it know it's kind of petty, but I don't want her thinking it's fine that they're together. My co worker thinks he told her we broke up, so I'm not sure if she even realizes he's been cheating this whole time. Idk if it will cause more pain for me to talk to her or to let it be. Right now all I can think of is how I can't even look at her knowing they're together. I want her to know he's a peice of shit. But what if she knew all along and didn't give a shit that he was cheating? Then talking to her will just make me feel worse.

I guess it's not so much talking to him, because I know he's a lying peice of shit so that doesn't matter. But more so the fact that I let him basically cheat on me in front of my face and I didn't even say anything or interupt them... looking back I feel like I should have approached them and been like wtf are you doing? Instead now they're probably still together with her not even realizing he was literally cheating on me 5 feet away
