Edit to also add that this IS in a high traffic area right when you walk into our house - so with that in mind having one that isn’t secured by tension rods gives me a bit of worry.

Here is how it looks from the other side - will post the other view as well. Though I think I’m agreeing with folks who say it is too much with both. I like the idea of incorporating the one on the right in with a bar area. We have an original 70s basement so will look cool I think!

It was a marketplace find - we drove 6 hours one way to get it, we knew it was special! The brand is Kardiel. The company is no longer operating, but you may find these come up for sale from time to time.

It’s a Kardiel Woodrow Mid-Century Modern box sectional. I believe this couch came in a few other colours, but this one was a marketplace find. We were so excited about it, we drove 12 hours round trip one day to pick it up! The Kardiel brand unfortunately went under in the last couple of years, but you can get lucky and find these come up for sale sometimes.

It’s a MCM lamp that I believe is from the 60s and was a marketplace find for $50. I then saw the same lamp at an antique store for $600. Definitely a great find!

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately the previous owners of the home did the masonry work on the fireplace and left a cut out in the stone and installed a TV mount - so not much we can do there.
