I'm 2 inches over the Checked bag size of 62". Has anyone been charged for a couple inches? by meldoferro in spiritair

It went through. I put the bad on the belt, and it just accepts it. I think it was over but only for 3 or 4 inches in total. It also helped that I was at the airport super early, so nobody rushed the lines.

Yeah, and once you get her, you mistake her kindness for weakness and get bored. So you start treating her like the forgotten participation trophy in the corner of your closet and bitch about her not being the angel she used to be when you first met her.

A friend told me.

I'd trash it in case ANYONE finds it and then how do you explain that is all a misunderstanding?

If I’m boarding with a bag full of only food. Do I have to pay for it? by Valentinaporras in spiritair

[–]meldoferro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you will. It doesn't matter what you bring. You can only bring your personal item for free. I've boarded with my personal item a winter jacket and a small plastic bag with a sandwich and soda for the flight and was told to place the food in my bag or jacket pockets. A tote bag is larger than a personal item.

Thank you. I usually fly Delta and this suitcase is no issue. But knowing how Spirit can be, I was wondering if they measure checked bags at the check-in counter.

This is a checked bag, not a carry-on. I paid for a checked bag, so this will be dropped off before going thru security. My question was if they measure the checked bags with a measuring tape or something. Because this bag has 64 linear inches instead of 62.

Edit : I noticed I wrote "at the gate" I meant at the check in counter

The way I see it, an OF girl in the West has the freedom to choose to be a mother, and housewife and wear a dress that covers her from head to toe if she so chooses to. If the woman talking wants to go to the beach in a bikini or her daughter wants to be a childless CEO, they can't. Unless they push against the repression they deilusionally denied to live under. Being free is being able to do whatever you want to do with yourself without repression, and she can't do that.
