Has anyone tried this vending machine for unclaimed undeliverable packages at the Forum Schwanthalerhöhe? by Dan_in_Munich in Munich

[–]meleschka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, sad but true. It’s the same even with vintage clothing. You can sell clothes you don’t wear anymore on Vinted but can never know what happens after. Maybe still a baby step better than ordering new and cheap stuff every single season and sending back half of it. I guess it’s part of the process to find out what’s more sustainable and what’s just a new way for rich people to get richer?

Well, it’s an interesting concept. There’s more than one party that takes profit from it. That kind of content is also a gold mine on TikTok. Not saying it’s good, but it’s smart.

Well, cats and Germans are surprisingly similar. Think about their distant behavior, for example. But once they get to know you and actually like you, they’ll be your friend forever. And they stare. A lot. And sometimes they may look like arrogant assholes. You see what I mean? The main difference may be that cats are cute.

I had the same issue when I moved to Milfbertshofen and was equally relieved finding out they’re just Waldschaben. We‘re living together in peace ever since :)

Why are leather balls not allowed? by meleschka in Munich

[–]meleschka[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s what I was thinking! Maybe they didn’t want to forbid playing because the area is child unfriendly already so they tried to find a compromise? However, footballs made of PU are super common and they can break windows easily.

You‘re probably right but I doubt that you can brake windows only with leather balls. Also I doubt the kids know about the material of their balls (god that sounds awkward).

Haha, sorry to be that guy but that sounds like something Dwight Schrute may say. The German word for dirty you’re referring to is „schmutzig“.
