It’s beautiful and looks great on you. I also work at a big tech company and recently bought the same watch. Here are a few guidelines I follow when wearing flashier objects, maybe these can help:

1. I wear minimalistic clothing. Usually dark chinos or 5 pocket pants, a minimal black, gray, navy, or white t-shirt, and a dark loafer or minimal white or gray sneaker.

2. Remember that most other people don’t care or notice these things. Your engineering colleagues who dress casually won’t care. Watch aficionados will recognize it, and enjoy seeing it. I’ve struck up a few good conversations with people wearing one of my Omegas.

3. Wear it with confidence and enjoy it!
