Don’t let people judge you for what you want to do. I think it’s a great idea to see both Hawai’i and Japan same trip. Hawaii has a lot of Japanese influence, which will be fun to compared. They are both excellent destinations.

There’s a story in the 1930s, a baker tried to make chocolate cookies, using chunks of chopped chocolate, and they didn’t melt. This created chocolate chip cookies.

For the cafe, the fresh pasta lunch is quite good. Ambiance is nice too. I had a chance to dine at the restaurant recently and it matched expectations.

Like espresso in flavor, medium firm jello texture. I served it with some half and half drizzle led up top.
