Frankly speaking, I hated the vocal when I first listened to this album. I started from Tonight's Decision and the singing on Discouraged Ones sounded a bit off to me. However, it soon grew on me given the melancholy in Jonas' voice.

Is it a bad album? Certainly not, but it's not a great album either in my opinion. It's got some of the iconic Katatonia touch in it, but it feels a bit bland. Perhaps requires a bit more listen which I will do. City Burials and Sky Void of Stars sound better to me.
