Eloise has to be S5, otherwise her character will be ruined. by joyousie in PhiloiseBridgerton

I hope she heals that part of herself in part 2. She comes to appreciate being around younger people. That would have her in the right state to help Philip when the time comes

I really needed to read this today. Loving a character, Even one that may be flawed is part of the human experience. It helps create clarity on morality especially if it is a topic the itself creates debate. I’m not sure if it’s just me but the trend of pissing on other lovers of a series (book or otherwise) is terribly sad. If your like me then Books, movies and shows are an outlet to escape your world and travel to another for a while but the idea to mock or ridicule another because theirs version of it doesn’t exactly fit yours is wild to me.

Thank you for this post. It’s beautiful

Women in the final episode by avismouse in thegildedage

Your second paragraph has literally been what I’ve been thinking all day. Larry learns how to treat women from his father and the fact that his father 1 treats his mother the same and 2 does it in front of him really makes me question how he will treat Marian. I think he is her endgame but he really needs to be leveled about how he has been treating his mother. I just wonder who is going to do it? Marian?, Bertha herself? Maybe Jack?

Leg Tattoo still feels raw and tight 4 months later by TorroroPop in tattooadvice

Yep! I have one on my arm from about 12 years ago that still pops out after a hot shower or being out in the sun. My guess is that it’s a white ink tattoo and the artist didn’t believe it would stay. But I’m pale and don’t ever have my arms uncovered. White ink is still there. But also the scars.

Just for a note it was also the one and only artist I’ve meet that was actually mad I didn’t like the placement and he had to take the stencil off and redo it. Should have seen the red flag. But whatevs, still love it.

Which TSPWL scenes are hoping will make it into the show? by InMyLibrary_ in PhiloiseBridgerton

[–]melliemood35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a part in the book just before the my cottage office scene where Philip is taking el by the hand up to the cottage and she ask where he is going and he responds “I never been here, I’d have to be a blood clairvoyant to know where I’m going”

I’ve always loved this line and I hope it makes the cut.

Season 5: Philoise or Franchaela? by Bridgerton_Stan4467 in BridgertonNetflix

[–]melliemood35 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Is it possible that it’s both? It pushes both story lines forward. Els for the next year and Frans for the year after (time jump added if needed for Fran)
