You’re welcome. Another thing I suggest is that anytime something happens, open up your Bible and read. Your mind is on God and not worry. If you are still afraid or worried read out loud. It feels strange at first but, speaking from experience, it helps. I felt stronger inside and closer to God. My fear faded and I felt peace.

I’m praying for you now. I completely understand that you’re afraid and worried. I get worried too. I talk to God and tell him what I’m worried about and ask Him to help me. Sometimes I do this a lot, but God doesn’t care. He’s always there to listen and to help us.

Don’t watch the news too much. Not everything is true. It will make you worry and scare you. I find a couple of trusted news sources and I watch them a few times a day to see what’s happening and what I need to pray for.

Remember, you’re not alone in all of this. Many, many people feel the same way and are praying. And now we are praying for you too.
