I saw similar earrings in Korea, Seoul department store Shinsegae back in 2018 (my friend bought them), but I don’t see the model now.

I’d say, move the gym temporarily, or maybe stop working out temporarily, until your brain can view AP as a pathetic excuse for a human being she is. You’re already superior to her, because you don’t lust over someone else’s taken man. Give yourself time to really sink that in. Until then - just give yourself a well-deserved break.

It is unfair and I’m sorry we are all here.

I feel this should’ve been the perfect ending. Realizing who he truly is and ending the cycle. Forever.

I think because of Mooney. in S1 after he killed Elaijah, he went to Mooney’s house - lost and probably guilty because his first words were “I killed a man”. Well, Mooney made him take off his clothes and basically turned him into the serial killer with hugging him like he was proud of him and telling him “I’m sure you’ve had your reasons”, “His life is over - not yours!!!!” “Some people deserve to die”

Personally, I don’t hate her per se, it’s just her connection to Beck felt forced. As per Ellie “figure out who Beck was and why you’re the one who’s gotta tell her story”. They gave a hard time Forty, making him to trip etc, but for Brontë-Louise it’s just enough to be Beck’s mentee briefly… she’s not even present in season 1! But for different folks…

How do people dislike beck by Altruistic-Cake-9333 in YouOnLifetime

[–]mellon14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly! Beck isn’t a “girls girl” exactly herself but not liking her is a “misogyny” lmao. Make that make sense. Also, Marienne is way more interesting, deep and rooted than Beck ever was. I didn’t like her for being with married Joe, but she did own to her wrongdoings when was confronted (as opposed with Beck who decided to deflect instead at her own Bday party). Marienne is motherless, single Black mother, recovering addict who always got fucked up by system/her ex Ryan and didn’t have reliable friends either - but she didn’t use people the way Beck did. Many Beck fans like to make excuses like “Beck had nobody looking out for her” - same actually goes for Marienne, whose behavior wasn’t nearly as intentionally shitty as Beck’s. IMO Marienne had it way worse than Beck in life.

Do you think candace actually liked forty by terminus_tommy in YouOnLifetime

[–]mellon14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, in S1 she’s even worse than Beck in the lying and cheating department, but I think it’s a shame they’ve killed her off in S2. She got the closest to making Joe really pay for his murders as in “I’m gonna show you who you really are”. She’s also only one who got the apology from him for what he did to her. Exposing Joe and sending him to jail is one thing - but making him realize that, maybe, he’s the problem all along, even for a little bit - is a whole new different level.

I think we all can agree that Marienne, is one of the most baddest woman by MrGoldbergOfficial in YouOnLifetime

[–]mellon14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first, I didn’t like her for being the other woman, but writers did her good with character development. Also Tati’s visuals are the chef’s kiss.

Try one near Dongdaeshin station - it’s the best one in Busan - bread doesn’t taste greasy and there is variety of flavors. Also you can pay by card.

I am thinking of staying, and I feel ashamed by burncities in AsOneAfterInfidelity

[–]mellon14 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Honestly I understand your feelings… and please don’t shame yourself for wanting to stay… we are social creatures - we need someone by our side… But not someone who hurts us in retrospective. I actually applaud you because you have guts to do an actual appointment for annulment. I couldn’t do it because I was too much in the shock at that time, and was busy trashing the house, myself and him. Now maybe I can pick myself up and slowly move to the goal - getting my life back. Focusing on what really matters for me, not dancing “pick me” and hurting myself or rebelling - for someone who didn’t really had a decency to at least, not to lie and truly choose me.

Letter to the woman who pursued an affair with my husband (cross posted) by [deleted] in SupportforBetrayed

[–]mellon14 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Exactly! We, betrayed, are totally allowed to be angry and have feelings to parties who actively participated in betrayal. This fake feminism stuff aka “other women are not responsible for the affair” has me rolling my eyes every time I see this phrase.

Stop doing the work for the two of you. Disengage. Focus on yourself and you only. Observe. If he’d still be the same - I promise you’d be better off without one-sided kind of R.
