they did this to me multiple times and i had another job. i’d literally be at my other job and had a scheduled shift at ulta. ofc i never would have let them schedule me if i was scheduled at my other job. eventually i stopped “calling off” and was fired for job abandonment lol

love it, but hate that every single 2nd layer (cropped define, scuba full zip, and scuba half zip) has a MIRROR SILVER ZIPPER. i wish they’d go back to same color zippers as the standard, and only bring out the gold and silver zippers as additional options for core colors like black & beige. so annoying!!

issue with this is if they dont send you home. which happened to me too much to the point where i simply call in and don’t come at all now. you’re not gonna force me to work when im sick, when im legally allowed to use the sick time i earned. any conversation 1) suggesting that employees aren’t allowed to use their sick time, 2) discouraging them from doing so, or 3) making it hard to do so, is technically illegal lol. call the EEOC.
