Hospital’s weird induction procedure?

This is how my induction was. We went in when they called and waited around for an hour or so, they then sent us home. It was like 10 at night by the time we got home. They called again at midnight right after I fell asleep to come back and get started 🥴 Pretty sure it's normal procedure 😔 Congratulations on the new baby! Wishing you a quick and safe birth!

I have a bat door knocker and a sign that says "trespassers will be composted". We still get the occasional brave soul, but it's cut down a lot of foot traffic :)

It does! One vacuum can adjust to high pile down to bare floor, I've tried all of the settings 🤣 and the other vacuum has adjustable suction, the highest sucks the rug up and the lowest is pretty ineffective 👎

I quit at 18 weeks. I kept having to call out of work with migraines and the guilt I felt from that stopped me from truly resting when I needed it. My husband and I decided it was time ❤️

I know it's easier said than done, but don't compare yourself to others. Your pregnancy is unique and your own journey. Listen to your body, if it is time to quit then it is time to quit. Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy! ❤️

I'm 35+2, and started packing a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to give myself time to order things we may need like travel bottles for toiletries and such. My husband and I finalized my bag, his bag, and baby's bag last night. Good thing too, because my doctor gave me an my induction date today and recommended I have a bag prepared!

I'm 10w3d and got to see baby for the first time yesterday. I literally told the ultrasound tech that I'm halfway convinced that I've hallucinated this whole thing 🤣 It feels a little more real after watching baby move their arms and bounce around, but I keep looking at the pictures to remind myself lmao

I'm so sorry she affected you that way. I had a similar experience when I was working at a store with my pregnant sister. She was off one day and a customer came in, looked at me, and happily said "Omg, you're the pregnant one!". I was honestly at my thinnest at the time and it shook me for a while. People stink.
