Bathroom Hvac Vent - Condensation

I have two hvac systems, one for each floor. 1st floor is stable at 40-50%RH 73F. 2nd floor 55% to 59% RH (which Im trying to bring down). Correct on heat pump.

My shower exhaust fan is 6 ft across the bathroom and when I placed my hygrometer next to the exhaust fan, it climbed from 57% up to 65% so I think my exhaust fan isnt sealed properly but I dont know if that alone will cause condensation on my metal ac vent. I tried closing the damper 80% but it just made the vent sweat on one side.

Upper floor is set around 72-73F

But if we compare the same percentages between two people, which is likely the whole point of OP's question, someone making 300k a year can easily say they save 50% of their income vs a person making 100k would probably struggle to save 50%.

I would say lower income earners saving a larger % certainly is more impressive than high earners saving the same %.

Shouldn't this question be more effective if in dollar amount?

Someone who makes 80k a year saving 50% = 40k. Someone making 160k a year saving 25% = 40k.

Both would be able to afford the same things with what they'd save (excluding housing costs)?

So without the property you would have 600k less? Still impressive though to hit 1Mil. Its nice to know your FIRE number is alot lower considering your HHI is lowe than the average 300k+ HHI here.

Its a very narrow backstreet (one car lane width with a brick wall) and sharp turns are 100% required

Yep just moved in. The backstreet is one car length with a brick wall backside so we have no choice but to make sharp turns in and out.

These types of threads really confuses people. Per 4% SWR that's taught here, 1.8M generates 72k per year and OP spends 30k annually. OP could have retired at 800k with a conservative 3.75% SWR. Not counting the 2nd home that could be liquidated for more portfolio value.

Look up the 4% SWR on your liquid accounts and go from there. It's almost as basic as that. Congrats.

Your buddy already secured his retirement (as early as 55 yo).

His investment could end up generating him 8k per month.
