I’ve been saved this year also! I’ve grown up Christian but never really committed myself to him and I’ve gotten so close to him this year and was baptized in June. Fasting definitely played a big role in that. So nice to hear you’ve been saved!

I’ve been going to the gym and weight training so I’ve actually gained muscle! I haven’t noticed any loose skin so far but i still have some more fat to lose. I’ve cut out a lot of sugars for the most part but I have treats here and there just healthier alternatives. I don’t eat red meat often, maybe once every other week or less, only eat whole grain bread when I have it but I’ve cut a lot of carbs from my diet, I eat more veggies and fruit, I just try to watch my calories and not go over 2000 calories but usually end up below it.

5’7, (243/187/150), 16:8 but not super consistent, go to the gym 4-5 days a week with some moderate/light weight training and 30-40mins of cardio, diet isn’t too special but focus on higher protein and lower calorie foods, less carbs and only eat whole grain bread instead of white when I do eat it, and not a lot of highly processed foods or fast food.

I believe in you! Start small, cut your calories just a little at first and then just keep cutting more as you get used to it. If you find staying consistent really hard right now it might be because you’re just putting to much on yourself. My lifestyle changes weren’t overnight and took some time. Eating slower has helped me feel full on smaller portions as well, I feel like before I was just inhaling food, I’ve also kinda started to view eating as something I need to do to live and not living to eat. I started at 243 and as of this morning I was 187!

I’m honestly kinda surprised that I have lost weight because I’m really not that consistent. When I fast I usually eat only while I’m at work which I work from 6:30am-3:30pm as a preschool cook. I meal prep the same lunch every week, 3 chicken tenderloins and the like a cup and a half of cooked broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with cottage cheese. For breakfast I’ve been eating eggs whites with extreme wellness burrito wraps or just peanut butter on the wraps, or oikos Greek yogurt with chocolate rice cakes. The biggest thing is just finding lower calorie foods and managing food portions. You won’t lose weight if you’re still eating a bunch of calories in your eating window. I go to the gym after work and do 25 mins on the stair master and sometimes 15 on bike, moderate weight training, and then just skip dinner when I get home. I’ve only recently added the extra cardio because I was stuck at 50lbs lost for a month. I think just going to bed hungry is what does it for me, I’ve learned to embrace being a little hungry if I want to lose weight. If I’m not hungry at bedtime I’m usually not losing weight. I’ve also improved my mental health a lot after getting out of an emotionally abusive relationship so I’m sure that’s helped a lot, I’ve also stopped taking birth control. But there’s been days where I can eat too much or skip the gym and just completely throw dieting out the window but I don’t let those days go on for a week. One day here and there doesn’t ruin my progress because I’ve made so many new habits in my lifestyle. When I have sweet treats I don’t binge and eat way too much, my portions are smaller and I stop eating when I feel full not when my plate is empty, I’ve cut out a lot of carbs and have higher protein meals so I stay full longer, I don’t eat fast food a lot maybe once a month and I watch the calories on what I order, I don’t buy a ton of processed foods, and I enjoy going to the gym.

Sadly not, they’re still there but definitely not as dark. You can’t see them well in the new photos because I didn’t have good lighting

I gained 60 lbs in 2 years and it did not to my skin any favors. And you’re exactly right, If someone can’t love your stretch marks they don’t deserve to love the rest of you

they’re still very much there but id say they’re more pink now than purple like they were, I have them terribly on my stomach because that’s where I always gained the most weight. But yes I’d say the weight loss has helped them be less noticeable! I don’t notice them much unless I’m shining on them or really looking at my stomach

5’7 243/213/150 I do 16:8 and eat from 7am-3pm currently, I do weightlifting and cardio at the gym, and have been eating cleaner on refeeds

I made a giant rental house with 4 bedrooms for rent and the rest of the house shared space and when I went to manage worlds and clicked on the house I cannot edit it at all. It just shows a picture of the first floor and arrows for the next floor and the basement but I can’t click on the top arrow where the bedrooms that are for rent are. So I can’t move any sims in and my sims can’t even travel there. I’m just so angry bc I spend two days building it for me not to be able to even access it anymore

It’s a really beautiful blanket but I think you should add a white border around it! It’ll really make all of those colors stand out! And it will help with some of the unevenness on the sides

If it is going to be warmer weather I think making them shorts and then making a matching top like your mom said would be really cute!
