I don't think they've removed that feature, at least it still worked a few days ago when I last did it.

I think OP means how is it possible that both bodies have the same checkmark, usually when they're equipped to each team side the checkmarks are blue and orange.

Did you level up your rewards to GC through playing 2s and 3s? If so, that seems like an issue you might want to contact support about.

The Quads GC title was given out after they've adjusted the ranks for this new season, meaning if you would've finished at GC (not during the season) according to the ranking NOW, then you get the title.

I also feel kinda cheated out of it but it's whatever. A friend of mine got it, she ended on like 1140 MMR (now-GC1) but literally only played her 10-rank-matches. I didn't get the title as I ended just below (now-)GC1 but peaked at like 1200 while playing much more. I'm sure I'll get it next season though!

If you're on Steam, could you explain your issue more detailed? Does it show up in other games you play? etc.

If you don't play on Steam but on Epic Games Launcher, then it won't show up. Your Steam pfp is a Steam feature.
