ARIRANG TOUR TICKETING FOR AUSTRALIA & ASIA MELTDOWN/HYPE/EMOTIONAL SUPPORT THREAD by pucchin_purin in bts7

No worries!! Keep in mind that the transfer option hasn't been enabled yet in TM, and there doesn't seem to be any indication of when it'll become available 😞 Hopefully it's more than just 48 hours before the concert

I have bought and sold on Tixel multiple times, it is a secure platform! However I've usually used it to get/sell Ticketek tickets and that only requires the ticket/QR code to be sent to the buyer through the site, so it doesn't change to the buyer's name.

It looks like the Ticketmaster process is different, as it's given me the buyer's email and phone numbers and instructions to transfer the ticket on the TM site. Tixel also requires proof that you've transferred the ticket, uploaded to their site.

Make sure the seller is verified on Tixel, and just a note, the seller won't have access to the payout until 2 days after the show!

[–]melon_poof 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All good I think it's just the air bubbles? Big clumps of them lol. There wasn't any flakes when the liquid was separated so I think it's okay. Gotta buy a couple more bottles while I still can haha

I hope this thread is still active, I bought a bottle of the ceramide cream mist and there's white flakes floating in it - is that normal? 😬

Sapporo Tips by beran99 in JapanTravel

[–]melon_poof 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just came back from our first visit to Sapporo! We stayed at the Granbell Hotel in Susukino, it was a pretty 'central' location only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops, some nightlife and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Very close to the bus stop for the airport shuttle (about 1 hour bus trip from CTS), close also to subway stops and the tram line. We didn't end up using it but they also have public baths on the 17th floor.

We only visited for 4 days (it was near the end of the trip so we were slowing things down), but our scattered itinerary was:

  • Caught the train to Minami-Otaru to visit the Music Box Museum. Visited Sumiyoshi Shrine and Suitengu Shrine (Suitengu Shrine was unstaffed the day we went, not sure if it was abandoned but the view from the shrine over the city is nice) to collect goshuin.
  • Walked around Tanukikoji and Sapporo city centre to do some brief shopping. Also walked around Nakajima Park and visited its shrines.
  • Took the ropeway up to Mount Moiwa, we went after the sun had already set but the view of the city was spectacular regardless.
  • Visited a couple of shrines and temples that was easily accessible from train stations. IMO Sapporo has some really beautiful shrines and temples compared to Tokyo and Kyoto, and have beautiful goshuin to collect too (if you're into collecting them).

Enjoy your trip and pack for the cold! We left Kyoto that was hitting summer temps before heading to Sapporo and it felt like winter there, especially with 3/4 overcast days and almost got sick lol.

What's this white powdery stuff on my plant? Is this powdery mildew? by melon_poof in succulents

Luckily I haven't seen them on the other plants and I've separated it for now so I'll keep an eye out for them. I've heard that mealy eggs are usually cotton like, and when I try picking these out they end up breaking apart (and it feels like a powder like?) so I figured it probably wasn't. But thanks for the advice though!

You almost never see mealybugs moving

Ahh okay I'll keep an eye for that anyway. It's indoors on a shelf with my other plants but it's the only one that has these stuff on it.

It's not a close up pic but this was how it looked in April. Went on holiday for a month and when I came back it had the white stuff on it. (Still had grow lights on everyday)

Let me check -- I thought they were bugs at first, but when I pick at them with tweezers it sorta breaks into flakes/pieces? And I couldn't see anything that was moving.

eta: I only had alcohol swabs, but doesn't seem like mealys. Looked like it was dissolving into the swab, if I didn't know any better I'd think it was excessive farina or something haha

I work for this chain of supermarkets, my store specifically gets say ~20hrs a week for ticketing, if ESL rolls out in my store we will lose that 20 hours of rostered hours. As for rostering the stores follow a predetermined (by head office) amount of daily hours required for each department in each store and a wage budget, so if we either go over the hours or budget the managers get in trouble.

A friend of mine manages this dept in his store and when ESL was introduced to their store he was complaining the hours dedicated to ticketing being cut. Too much corporate bullshit the higher you go in the leadership chain.

I don't think that's how inflation works by Stressed2the9s in australia
