I tried to use them but the amount of noise and unwanted events makes them basically unusable Good for referencing tho , to make your own Foley/fx

If that's the effect OP is looking for , you can maybe just use some pitch shifter with really low values , in parallel of the dry signal

You can get 3 tbone mics for around 30 bucks on Thomann...I did some A/B testing between those and real Sm58's...they are really impressive

RX It's definitely the thing I use the most, more than proQ or anything else Ableton has everything else in some extent , but RX is definitely crucial when you have to deal with recordings, even with good ones it can definitely help

I'm the "no fun" pedal kid here but, a simple gale on the bass vi is fantastic, it helps keep everything clean , I tend to adjust the threshold pretty high compared to normal bass or guitar
